OnTrack Agent connects Real Estate Agents that are working on bettering their craft and best practices with qualified professional trainers who can help them do it. Each trainer is vetted by the staff at OnTrack Agent to ensure that only top quality trainers are part of our community. OnTrack Agent puts the power with the agents and demands excellence from our trainers. Only great content is rewarded.
Is there a cost to join?
No, OnTrack Agent is completely free to join. There are no contracts to sign. You can make a one-time only purchase of a series directly from the trainer or go to the marketplace to book a live coaching call. OnTrack Agent works on a credit system. Buy your credits in bulk, and then use them throughout the site. Claim one free credit every 24 hours!
Can I have one-on-one meetings with Trainers?
If the trainer offers one-on-one live coaching, you can schedule with them through the marketplace. Once you’ve purchased, you will receive an email on how to book your time with your selected real estate coach.
How long does it take to sign up and start finding training?
It takes about a minute. As soon as you complete registration, you can begin exploring. It’s free to join and browse. Only buy credits when you see something you want.
Privacy Issues
OnTrack Agent does not sell or share any of your information with any other entities. Only the platform and your chosen trainers will have access to your information. Otherwise, all data is kept within the OnTrack Agent ecosystem.
How do I delete my account?
If you would like your account to be fully deleted, then please email support at ontrackagent.com and let us know that you would like to have your account fully deleted. We will email you to confirm before we delete your account.

Why should I join?
OnTrack Agent unites niche trainers with highly engaged real estate agents looking for new ways to grow their business. We have a large (and growing) group of dedicated real estate agents that are looking for the exact topic you train on, they just can’t find you. Why spend time and money on marketing your products and services when you can find a qualified audience right here at OnTrack Agent?
Is there a cost to joining?
No, there is no cost to join. OnTrack takes a small royalty on the products and services that you sell in our Marketplace. You will be required to sign a collaboration agreement that can be canceled at any time.
How do I sell my book on the Marketplace?
This is easy! Once you set up your Trainer Profile, you will be brought to your Profile Page. From your Profile Page, you can either click “My Store” from the dropdown menu or click the link under Marketplace. From there, just follow the instructions for setting up your payment settings and store policies. After that, you can add your first Product. Once your profile is approved by the OnTrack Agent staff, then your profile will go live and your products will be ready for purchase.
Who holds the copyright?
All right are reserved by you. All content videos are licensed and hosted by OnTrack Agent. You retain the copyright. Our sole goal is to help you gain exposure and become known for your market segment. If you believe someone has infringed on your copyright or intellectual property, please email support at ontrackagent.com.
How do I set the shipping price on my product?
When setting up a product, click the “Shipping” tab at the bottom of the page. You can set a flat fee for shipping and a flat fee for handling, if desired. You can also offer free shipping by leaving both Shipping and Handling as $0.00.
How can students book one-on-one’s with me in the Marketplace?
Choose “Virtual Product (no download)” or “Virtual Product (with download)” if you have associated materials when setting up a new Product in the Marketplace. When a customer purchases your one-on-one session, you will receive an email where you can reach out to your customer and schedule a time for your meeting.
How much should I charge for my book?
Charge what you feel is fair for the product that you are selling. Remember, OnTrack Agent takes a 10% royalty, so please price it accordingly.

Charge what you feel is fair for the consultation. Remember, OnTrack Agent takes a 10% royalty for Virtual Products, so please price it accordingly. You can always adjust your prices up or down if you like.
How do I change my profile?
When logged into OnTrack Agent, go to My Profile from the drop down menu. Choose “Customize My Profile”, edit the field and save it.
How do I report copyright infringement?
If you believe someone has infringed on your copyright or intellectual property, please email support at ontrackagent.com.
Why isn’t my video being approved?
If your video is not being approved, then it it probably due to your video not following the requirements. Email support at ontrack agent dot com for help.
How long does it take for my profile to be approved?
Once you have gone through your quick onboarding process, the OnTrack Agent staff is notified of your new account. Approval normally takes less than 2 business days. Contact support at ontrackagent.com for more information.
Why does OnTrack Agent take a royalty?
While OnTrack Agent is here to be a service to our fellow Agents and Trainers, websites cost money to operate, build, service, and upgrade. In order to continue to provide this service to our community, we must take a small royalty to “keep the lights on”.
How do I sell tickets to a webinar?
If you are interested in creating a live event, please contact support at ontrackagent.com as we have several options to serve you.
How do I sell my PDF/eBook/downloadable content on the Marketplace?
Follow the instructions for adding products, but be sure to choose “Virtual Product (with download)” from the Product Type. Also, be sure to add your PDF/eBook/downloadable content to the “Downloadable” tab at the bottom of the page.
What is a “virtual” product?
A virtual product is a PDF document, and eBook, or any other digital product that a customer can download.
How do I delete my account?

Can I suspend or sleep my account?
If you would like your account to be set to “inactive”, then please support at ontrackagent.com and let us know that you would like to have your account set to Inactive. We will email you to confirm before we make any changes to your account.
Can I be accepted as a trainer if I don’t have anything to sell on Marketplace or do one-on-one coaching?
OnTrack Agent is meant to be a symbiotic relationship between you and the agent you want to influence. Without supporting materials or the opportunity to learn from you one on one, it’s unlikely you will achieve favorable results. Inactive accounts will be contacted first and offered an opportunity to continue to collaborate. Should there be no response within 2 business days, the account will be removed, along with all content. Thereafter, OnTrack Agent does not commit to keeping records or copies of your content.

Do I need to be a member to purchase from the Marketplace?
The OnTrack Agent Marketplace is a service to our community of real estate agents. It’s easy and fun to be a member so join today.
How do I check on an order?
Once you are logged into your OnTrack Agent account, then click Account Settings from the drop down menu and click “My Orders” to see the status of an order. If you need more information, check the email confirmation email on how to contact the trainer.
What if my order didn’t arrive?
Refer to your order confirmation that was emailed to you. It will have contact information for the provider.
