OnTrack Agent puts the power with the agents and demands excellence from our trainers. Only great content is rewarded.
No, OnTrack Agent is completely free to join. There are no contracts to sign. You can make a one-time only purchase of a series directly from the trainer.
If the trainer offers one-on-one services you can schedule with them through the marketplace.
It takes about a minute. As soon as your profile is complete your profile, you can start exploring!
OnTrack Agent does not sell or share any of your information with any other entities. All data is kept within the OnTrack Agent ecosystem.
If you would like your account to be fully deleted, then please email support@ontrackagent.com and let us know that you would like to have your account fully deleted. We will email you to confirm before we delete your account.

OnTrack Agent unites trainers with highly engaged real estate agents looking for new ways to grow their business. We have a large (and growing) group of dedicated real estate agents that are looking for the exact topic you train on, they just can’t find you. Why spend time and money on marketing your products and services when you can find a qualified audience right here at OnTrack Agent?
No, there is no cost to join. OnTrack takes a small royalty on the products and services that you sell in our Marketplace. Global Royalties are 10%.
This is easy! Once you set up your Trainer Profile, you will be brought to your Profile Page. From your Profile Page, you can either click “My Store” from the dropdown menu or click the link under Marketplace. From there, just follow the instructions for setting up your payment settings and store policies. After that, you can Add your first Product. Once your profile is approved by the OnTrack Agent staff, then your profile will go live and your products will be ready for purchase.
All right are reserved by you. All content videos are licensed and hosted by OnTrack Agent. You retain the copyright. Our sole goal is to help you gain exposure and become known for your market segment. If you believe someone has infringed on your copyright or intellectual property, please email support@ontrackagent.com.
When setting up a product, click the “Shipping” tab at the bottom of the page. You can set a flat fee for shipping and a flat fee for handling, if desired. You can also offer free shipping by leaving both Shipping and Handling as 0.00.
Choose “Virtual Product (no download)” or “Virtual Product (with download)” if you have associated materials when setting up a new Product in the Marketplace. When a customer purchases your one-on-one session, you will receive an email where you can reach out to your customer and schedule a time for your meeting.
Charge what you feel is fair for the product that you are selling. Remember, OnTrack Agent takes a 10% royalty, so please price it accordingly.

When logged into OnTrack Agent, go to My Profile from the drop down menu. Choose “Customize My Profile”, edit the field and save it.

If your video is not being approved, then it it probably due to your video not following the requirements.
Once you have gone through your quick onboarding process, the OnTrack Agent staff is notified of your new account. Approval normally takes less than 2 business days.  Contact support@ontrackagent.com for more information.
While OnTrack Agent is here to be a service to our fellow Agents and Trainers, websites cost money to operate, build, service, and upgrade. In order to continue to provide this service to our community, we must take a small royalty to “keep the lights on”.

From there, just follow the instructions for setting up your payment settings and store policies. After that, you can Add your first Product. Choose “Event Ticket” from the Product Type and fill out the associated fields. If this is an online webinar, be sure to include the link to your webinar in the “Thank you Page text” and/or in the “Ticket text” fields. Once your profile is approved by the OnTrack Agent staff, then your profile will go live and your webinar will be ready for purchase.
Follow the instructions for adding products, but be sure to choose “Virtual Product (with download)” from the Product Type. Also, be sure to add your PDF/eBook/downloadable content to the “Downloadable” tab at the bottom of the page.
A virtual product is a PDF document, and eBook, or any other digital product that a customer can download.

OnTrack Agent is meant to be a symbiotic relationship between you and the agent you want to influence. Without supporting materials or the opportunity to learn from you one on one, it’s unlikely you will achieve favorable results.

The OnTrack Agent Marketplace is a service to our community of real estate agents. It’s easy and fun to be a member so join today.
Once you are logged into your OnTrack Agent account, then click Account Settings from the drop down menu and click “My Orders” to see the status of an order. If you need more information, check the email confirmation email on how to contact the trainer.
Refer to your order confirmation that was emailed to you. It will have contact information for the provider.
