Agreement
You will retain ownership rights in your content. However, by uploading or providing content to us or our Site, you hereby grant to (i) OnTrack Agent a worldwide, exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable, and transferable license to reproduce, display, perform, make available, and otherwise use such content in connection with our business and services, and (ii) each user of the Site a worldwide, non-exclusive, limited license to access and view your content solely through the Site. You also agree not to post or upload the content to any other website or platform.
