Introducing Keith Sconiers!
Keith Sconiers is an entrepreneur, storyteller, and catalyst for change. Born in Fresno, California, and raised by split parents and a wise, no-nonsense grandmother, Keith faced many adverse circumstances that quickly put him in the at-risk youth category. In Keith’s freshman year of high school, a coach approached him about playing basketball. It was the first time a mentor painted a technicolor story of what Keith’s future could look like, ultimately changing the trajectory of his life.
Keith accepted and went on to play at Portland State University on a scholarship from 2002 to 2006. After graduating, Keith struggled to transition from athletics into the business world, feeling unmoored and depressed for a decade. Only once he realized the power of storytelling as a galvanizing force for change did things begin to shift in his perspective and mindset.
Keith realized that his true passion points back to his roots: supporting entrepreneurs, athletes, and at-at risk youth through coaching, storytelling, and mentoring. In 2020, after building a successful payment consulting firm, Keith launched Catalyst Training + Development to fulfill a dream of helping entrepreneurs align their businesses with their purpose. Keith’s mission is to help entrepreneurs proactively integrate their core values into their businesses so they can build profitable and rewarding organizations.
