Massachusetts Governor Maura Healey has signed the Affordable Homes Act, marking the largest housing legislation in state history. The legislation also establishes new policies for seasonal communities, particularly in areas like Cape Cod and the Berkshires, and creates a $50 million Momentum Fund to accelerate multifamily housing development.
