Starting January 1, 2025, real estate professionals affiliated with Realty ONE Group’s eight metro locations will have the choice to remain with the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) or to operate independently.

For those who choose this path, Realty ONE Group will continue to provide the tech, tools, and benefits agents rely on, along with options like MLS Choice—a membership type from Phoenix REALTORS® that doesn’t require NAR Affiliation.

Kuba Jewgieniew, CEO and Founder of Realty ONE Group International, emphasized the company’s commitment to empowering agents, saying, “Choice and opportunity will always be number ONE for us because the real estate professional is the center of their business, and the center of ours.” This statement highlights Realty ONE Group’s focus on providing agents with alternatives to NAR Affiliation.
