The amount of credits varies by video and by trainer.
Titles that are available for purchase with a credit are marked with a credit badge.
How do I see my credit summary?
You can access your credit information anytime on the OnTrack Agent

Can I buy more credits?
You can buy more credits by selecting the “buy more credits” button from your credit wallet page. Bundles are available as well as monthly plans. Every 24 hours, OnTrack Agent gifts you 3 free credits to use.
Do OnTrack Agent credits expire?
The type of credit you have determines whether it expires and when.

| Gift credit | Credits you get when redeeming an OntrackAgent gift membership or when redeeming a gifted title you already own that was purchased with a credit. | 12 months from the issue date |

| Return credit | There are no returns on digital On Demand Video products after purchase. | 12 months from the issue date |

How can I check when my credits expire?
Visit your credit summary page to find the individual expiration dates for each of your active credits.
- Login to your account.
- On the top right corner of your screen you will see
My Credits (0.00) Click it.
- And you will be redirected to a page where you can view all of you purchased logs.
Note: You also get a monthly credit summary email that lets you know when you have credits expiring within 30 days.
Why didn't I get my credit?
It could be because the system has not completed processing yet. If you are not sure, please email info at ontrack agent dot com and a representative will help you.
Why don’t my credits work in the marketplace?
Physical goods sold in the marketplace are not included in the credit system on OnTrack Agent. The marketplace hosts many different vendors with products of monetary value set by the vendor. Only credit cards can be used in the marketplace
