Terms & Conditions for OnTrack Agent NAR Membership Dues Giveaway
By participating in the NAR Membership Dues Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these official rules. Please read the rules carefully before entering.
1. No Purchase Necessary:
– No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win this giveaway.
2. Eligibility:
– Open to current and aspiring real estate agents who are legal residents of the United States.
– Entrants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
– You must create a new account with OnTrack Agent between January 1st, 2024, and December 31st, 2024.
– You must have an active real estate license and be a registered and active member of the National Association of Realtors®.
– Exclusions: Employees, officers, and directors of OnTrack Agent, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
3. Entry Period:
– The giveaway begins on January 29th, 2024 and ends on December 31st, 2024.
4. Method of Entry:
– To enter, participants must:
1. Visit https://ontrackagent.com/onboarding/
2. Sign up for an account with OnTrack Agent.
3. Agree to these official rules and maintain an account through December 31st, 2024.
5. Limitations:
– Limit one entry per person or household.
6. Odds of Winning:
– The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Prize:
– One (1) winner will receive a cap on their annual NAR membership dues payment, up to a maximum value of $700.
– $700 is contributed to the association bill as a whole and is maxed at $700 for this sweepstakes.
– When looking at your Association invoice, you can see your State, Local, and National payments. These payments may vary from state to state.
8. Winner Selection and Notification:
– The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
– The winner will be notified via the email address provided during entry.
– If the winner does not respond within 14 days, an alternate winner will be selected.
9. Prize Restrictions:
– The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or any other substitute.
– OnTrack Agent will contact NAR on behalf of the winner. The winner must submit a license and identifying NRDS # to OnTrack Agent within 14 days.
10. Void Where Prohibited:
– This giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

-Because the State and Local payments change based on where you are located in the nation, the prize is capped at $700.

– The winner will be chosen at random.
– We will contact the winner using the email provided on their profile.
