Prosecutors have released new video footage of alleged victims detailing sexual assault claims against the Alexander brothers, prominent figures in Miami Beach and New York’s luxury real estate scene. The videos show accusers speaking to investigators about their experiences, with one woman recalling, ‘I didn’t want to have sex with him. As I’m pulling away, he starts to get more aggressive.’

The Alexander brothers—Alon, Oren, and Tal—are accused of luring women with promises of lavish trips to places like Tulum and the Hamptons, only to allegedly drug and assault them. One accuser recalled feeling ‘really stressed out’ and starting to cry as she tried to resist.

Defense attorneys, however, argue the accusations may be financially motivated, citing the fact that many women did not report the incidents for years. ‘These men are loving fathers, husbands, and sons who are being wrongfully accused,’ their attorneys said in a statement.

The case involves both state and federal charges, and the Alexander brothers deny all allegations.

Homeownership Costs Soar

New research reveals Americans are spending more than ever on homeownership costs, with homeowners now shelling out an average of $24,529 annually—over $2,000 a month—on expenses beyond their mortgage. That’s a significant jump from last year’s $17,958, a nearly $550 monthly increase. Over a 30-year mortgage, these added costs total a staggering $735,870.

The breakdown includes utilities at $7,319, maintenance at $6,087, renovations at $5,762, property taxes at $3,057, and insurance at $2,304. Homeowners associations add another $3,077 to the tab, bringing the total for HOA members to over $27,600 annually.

A recent report from Clever Real Estate reveals that more than half of homeowners are stressed by rising insurance costs, while 46% feel their property taxes don’t reflect the true value of their homes. Despite this, 81% say their expenses are higher than expected, and many regret not budgeting for repairs or improvements.

As homeownership costs climb, some homeowners are reconsidering their investment. 44% say renting is now easier, and 15% have even considered returning to rental life.

New data reveals that 87% of real estate brokerage leaders say their agents are actively using AI tools, marking a 7% increase from last year. According to Delta Media’s 2025 Real Estate Leadership AI Survey, AI has quickly moved from a trend to an essential part of brokerage operations.

Michael Minard, CEO of Delta Media Group, says, ‘AI is no longer a new shiny object; it’s fast become an irreplaceable tool for brokerages and agents alike.’ The survey highlights AI’s growing use beyond marketing and content creation, now expanding into customer support and administrative automation.

The survey also notes that concerns over AI’s risks have decreased, with fewer leaders worrying about safeguards. With AI’s importance to the industry rated at 5.9 out of 10, leaders are increasingly optimistic about its future, expecting its importance to rise to 7.2 out of 10.

‘AI is now mainstream,’ Minard added, noting that agents of all ages and genders are using AI, and larger brokerages are leading the way in adoption. However, smaller firms still face challenges in implementing AI.
