Meet your trainers:

Mike Rohrig (practicing agent and coach)

– teaches you the psychology around success. Some of the biggest challenges in launching a business was finding a way to get over your “stuff” and idea of success.

Eleni Sommerschield (chief operating officer at Wise Agent CRM)

– teaches how to use a CRM. She lives and breathes it, and is the perfect person to teach you how to implement it into your business.

Debra Trappen (business coach)

– teaches how to choose a niche. In the beginning, we all have limited resources of time and money. How do you focus yourself to get the biggest bang for your buck? That’s the plan.

Laurie Weston Davis (owns a brokerage and sells real estate)

– teaches who to surround yourself with and when. Real estate is a lonely business sometimes. Laurie focuses on how to choose your mentor group and how often you should be chatting with them in the first few years.

Sabrina Brown (owns a brokerage and sells real estate)

– teaches how to work with buyers. Before we even meet with a client, there are systems and materials we have to make first so we can be the guide for our clients.

Val Thorpe (30 year vet listing agent)

– teaches how to work with sellers. The same thing, before we get a listing appointment, we need to be set up with our best first impression.

Tammy Wittren (30 year vet lender)

– teaches business finance. When you get a commission check, you have to have a system on how your business pays its bills, you and the IRS.

Dale Chumbley (Active real estate agent 20+ years)

– teaches how to attract people to your business. The hardest thing in real estate is actually getting clients to work with. Dale teaches how to skip buying leads and build a profitable company by attracting referral business.

Joseph Magsaysay (Active Real estate agent and team leader)

– teaches how to network with other small businesses to get more leads. What’s cool about Joseph is he built a monster business with other agents under him in 5 years. If you’re interested in being a team leader, he’s an excellent resource.

Marguerite Martin (Active real estate agent 15+ years)

– teaches the basics of business planning. It can be overwhelming trying to figure out how much volume we have to do to be successful in our own lives. So, Marguerite shows us on one page, an activity we can do to figure it out. According to NAR, the average new agent makes $8500 GCI their first year. So, the goal is to help you shatter that stat.

Bill Risser (Previous escrow rep)

– teaches how to vet your referral partners. Folks like Sarah, and your lender, and the home inspector .. what should we be asking them to make sure our client’s experience is A+ on all sides.

Tracey Hicks (brokerage owner, and owner of All Things Real Estate Store)

– teaches how to put together a marketing playbook. If you don’t schedule it, you don’t do it. In the last week, you’ll put together your plan for the next 12 months.

Materials:

  • You will receive a workbook (and other goodies) in the mail.
  • Each week is broken down into 5 pages. Each week, you will complete one mission (task to implement into your business).
  • It is expected to be done by the Friday of each week. (I promise, I made it achievable. You’ll need one hour per day Mon-Fri)
  • On the weekends, you’ll work with clients and do your open houses.
  • Then on Monday, you’ll start again.
  • There are recorded videos to help guide you through each week.

About NA365

New Agent 365 (NA365) is an independent program that was launched in 2020. It was created by 13 industry leaders and trainers from coast to coast who wanted to help newly licensed real estate agents learn what to do after they passed the exam. Statistically, only 2 of 10 new agents will succeed in launching a business, according to the National Association of Realtors.

The program works as a 12-week series. Each new agent is tasked with completing one mission per week over 12 weeks. The goal is to equip the new agent with a basic understanding of how to create a sustainable and profitable business by referral and community commitment.

NA365 has reported massive success in this area, creating Rookie of the Year agents for brokerages all over the nation. NA365 was named “Newsmaker” by RIS Media in 2021 and hailed as the industry’s most comprehensive, non-brokerage affiliated program for new agents and has been mirrored by many coaching and brokerages since its inception.
