Biography

Joe is a residential real estate professional with a passion for coaching and training. His career spans three decades and during that time he worked for three major brokerage firms, and has lived through the boom and bust of many real estate cycles. Joe has held several senior level leadership positions, including Vice President of Operations for the largest Sotheby's franchise in Washington State, and former Broker/Owner of Windermere Real Estate Cascades Group Inc. Most recently Joe served as Managing Director of Strategic Coaching for Compass Washington. He currently serves as a Director on the Seattle King County Board of Realtors. Joe is the father of three young adult children and has been married to his beautiful wife for 31 years. He considers himself a "car guy", and he loves authentic Mexican food.
