Biography

I am a highly creative and innovative social scientist and Human Insights researcher with over 20 years of experience in helping companies with branding and messaging. My expertise centers on cultural insights, motivational mapping, and psycho-dynamic interviewing. I have helped Heineken Ireland revamp their portfolio and identified new product attributes Unilever Malaysia needed to consider during product development. I have also built out two digital publications for iTunes and Google Play. Currently, I am helping businesses evolve their strategies and plans with the aid of Human Insights. I design workshops and studies, conduct interviews, and facilitate groups to align organizations' brands with their Initiatives.
